¶ CarbonBot Troubleshooting Guide (Made by KXQS)

¶ Issue 1: SDK never loads, CarbonBot insta closes, etc.
Solution:

Disable Antivirus: Some antivirus programs may block CarbonBot/its processes.
- Windows Defender:
- Open Windows Security (Search for it in the Start Menu).
- Go to Virus & threat protection.
- Click Manage settings under Virus & threat protection settings.
- Toggle Real-time protection to Off (You may need admin privileges).
- Third-Party Antivirus:
- Locate the antivirus icon in the system tray (bottom-right corner).
- Right-click and look for an option like Disable, Pause Protection, or Turn Off.
- If unsure, check the antivirus settings or documentation.
- Windows Defender:

Run as Admin:
Right-click on the executable and select Run as Administrator to ensure it has the permissions it needs.
¶ Issue 2: Failed to start SDK: 'Nonetype' object has no attribute 'address'
Solution:
- CarbonFree only works on the Epic Games version of Rocket League.
- If you are using it on the Steam version, you must switch to Epic Games to use CarbonBot.
- If you get this error while not using the free version on Steam, try disabling your antivirus and running Carbon as admin.
¶ Issue 3: Failed to start SDK: Failed to determine MAC address
Solution:
- Make sure you are not connected to a VPN when trying to load CarbonBot.
¶ Issue 4: Connection aborted
Solution:
- Connect to a VPN before opening Carbon, and after it is open, disconnect from it.
- This happens because your ISP is blocking CarbonBot.
¶ Issue 5: Error finding URL: /iCyku/PublicCatalog/main/offset-prv.txt
Solution:
- Download the newest version of CarbonBot to resolve this issue.
¶ Issue 6: No PIDs show up in the drop down
Solution:
- Make sure to open Rocket League before CarbonBot.
- If that doesn't fix it, disable your antivirus and run as admin.
¶ Issue 7: The toggle keybind doesn't enable the bot
Solution:
- Make sure you are pressing the key/button in the game.
- Try a different keybind.
- Disable antivirus and run Carbon as admin.
¶ Issue 8: Invalid License or HWID Changed
This issue may occur if your key has expired or if your HWID has changed due to installing new PC parts, reinstalling Windows, or using a spoofer.
